Broadcaster: Renault had to correct

If four teams had to review their rear diffuser due to clarifications from the FIA, the same reason is not in question each time. For McLaren et Mercedes, it was the position of the hole allowing access to the starter that posed the problem: these two teams had raised this part too much upwards, allowing a certain aerodynamic gain. The FIA ​​has therefore clarified the rules concerning the rear diffuser and Renault had to revise his copy regarding the thickness of the plate. For the stable ofenstone, it is this thickness of the plate and not the position of the starter hole that posed the problem. By specifying these rules, the FIA ​​wishes to avoid any complaints in the months to come.
