The FIA technical stewards' report indicates that the Team Ferrari installed a 3rd turbo on the SF70H of Sebastian Vettel and Kimi Raikkonen. As a reminder, the regulations only allow 4 elements of the Power Unit for the entire season. Alone McLaren-Honda does worse with the 4th turbo used by Stoffel Vandoorne.
