Fernando Alonso (Ferrari) double both Red Bull at the beginning. Lewis Hamilton (McLaren) takes 4th place and is ahead of Vitaly Petrov (Lotus-Renault) and Michael Schumacher (Mercedes GP) who gains 6 places at the start. Bad start on the other hand for Jenson Button (McLaren) who finds himself in 10th position.
Nick Heidfeld (Lotus-Renault), who started from the pits, is already 17th.
