Heikki Kovalainen believes the cars from his team, Lotus Racing, can be useful in boosting suspense in racing. Formula 1 ! Questioned by Bloomberg, Tony Fernandes, Kovalainen's boss, confided that the driver had proposed the removal of blue flags to latecomers during Grands Prix, in order to allow the peloton to regroup and encourage overtaking. There is no doubt that everyone involved, who wants to make Formula 1 a technological showcase, will be opposed to this very special idea.
