If the FIA-FOTA conflict was resolved on Wednesday, following the FIA World Council, the 2010 regulations are not yet well established. Indeed, Max Mosley has agreed to reconsider his 2010 draft regulations, adopting a status quo for the next season. But it is possible that certain developments will still see the light of day from 2010, such as the elimination, or not, of refueling during races. According to Autosport, FOTA and the FIA are in discussions to modify certain rules, with an agreement expected to be reached in the coming weeks.
