Fernando Alonso loses his best time from Monday

Ranked fifth at the end of the day yesterday in Barcelona with a best lap set in 1'21″339, Fernando Alonso (McLaren) finally lost his reference for having cut the chicane. The Spaniard finally signed the seventh performance of the first day of winter testing in 1'22″354.

The double world champion left the track in the morning, following a nut problem on his right rear wheel.
