Nigel Stepney, former team engineer Ferrari, was sentenced to 20 months in prison (and a 600 euro fine) for his role in the espionage affair McLaren-Ferrari, according to Reuters. Following this unprecedented scandal, McLaren was fined a record $100 million. However, due to Italian law, Stepney may not have to serve this sentence.
