Australian GP: Sidney in 2015?

Sidney, rival of Melbourne in the register of large Australian cities, submits its application to host the Australian Grand Prix of Formula 1 from 2015. Melbourne is currently under contract with FOM (Formula One Management), until 2014. But Sidney declares himself ready to build a lit circuit to allow the race to take place at night (and therefore at a ??decent?? hour in Europe): a point on which Melbourne does not want to give in to the wishes of Bernie Ecclestone.
