Daniil Kvyat will start from the back of the grid at the French GP contested this Sunday at Paul-Ricard in Castellet (Var). The team Toro Rosso had to install a 4th Power Unit on its Russian STR14 as well as a 3rd MGU-K, a 3rd electronics control system and a 3rd energy recovery system. These replacements are made beyond the limit authorized by the regulations.
