Romain Grosjean was a victim of the weather conditions during the third free practice session of the Brazilian Grand Prix. The pilot Renault went aquaplaning on a wet part of the Interlagos track, his R29 hitting the wall in turn 5 and losing its nose. The Franco-Swiss emerged unscathed from his car and the red flag was waved.
