Romain Grosjean will debut in Andros Trophy during the 3rd round at Alpe d'Huez, on December 18 and 19. He will also participate in the 5th round of Lans-en-Vercors, on January 15 and 16.

The pilot Renault F1, whose future in the premier discipline is still unknown, will drive the second Clio III silhouette of the DA Racing team on the ice, alongside Franck Lagorce and Jean-Baptiste Dubourg. Grosjean had already been in contact with this team last year, but his desire to compete in a race on ice could not come true.

Like Jonathan Hirschi, the young Swiss revelation of the first round of Val Thorens, Romain Grosjean has never previously driven a 4-wheel drive and 4-wheel steering silhouette, but has already had the opportunity to learn the basics of sliding during his first racing seasons, when his father took him to Haute-Savoie, to the Flaine circuit, to learn the joys of counter-steering while driving an old BMW.
