During a promotional event on the American circuit of Watkins Glen (in the state of New York) on Tuesday June 14, Lewis Hamilton and Tony Stewart will exchange their mounts. Thus, the Briton will sit behind the wheel of the Chevrolet Impala of the double winner of the premier category of the Nascar. The American, meanwhile, will take the wheel of the McLaren-Mercedes MP4-23 of the world champion Formula 1 2008.
“I've spent a lot of time in sports cars, but this is my first time behind the wheel of a Nascar stock car” Hamilton explains.
