Brendon Hartley will start from the back of the grid at the French GP this Sunday. Honda announced that it had replaced all the elements of the Power Unit the ICE (internal combustion engine), the MGU-H, the MGU-K, the turbo, the electronic system control and the recovery system 'energy.
If the New Zealander should be given a 35-place penalty, the regulations will limit the penalty to 15 positions.
