While the next regional elections are taking place in March 2010, the current president of the Council of Ile de France Jean-Paul Huchon has reaffirmed his opposition to the construction of a circuit of F1 around Paris.
“Such a project is nonsense at a time of the Grenelle Environment Forum. This will not happen, whether in Yvelines, Val-d'Oise or Seine-et-Marne,” says the PS president.
