Italy, Q1 – De Vries qualified, not the Aston Martins

For his Grand Prix debut, in the seat ofAlexander albon suffering from appendicitis, Nyck de Vries (Williams) beat his Canadian teammate Nicholas latifi at the Monza Autodrome (Italy) The 2021 champion of Formula E with Mercedes advances to Q2, unlike his colleague, stuck in 16th place for 20 thousandths.

The Aston Martin de Sebastian Vettel et Lance stroll were both eliminated in this first qualifying phase, just like the Haas de Mick Schumacher et Kevin Magnussen.
