Italy, Q2: It’s over for Ocon

Esteban Ocon (Alpine) had not been eliminated in Q2 since 2018 on the Monza circuit (Italy). The Frenchman, who decided to wear a helmet tribute to Michael Schumacher at the 2022 Italian Grand Prix, sees his series end with the 11th time achieved in Q2.

The Habs leave their future ex-teammate Fernando Alonso defend the interests ofAlpine in Q3. The miracle stopped for Nyck de Vries (Williams). For his first Grand Prix contested, the Dutchman locked the rear wheels in his last attempt and was satisfied with 13th place. THE Alfa Romeo they also stop, just like theAlpha Tauri de Yuki tsunoda, victim of a mechanical problem and who remained in the pit.
