Jean Todt today officially announced his resignation from the board of directors of Ferrari and all the other functions he held within the company.

From Peugeot Talbot Sport where he had done wonders, the Frenchman joined Scuderia Ferrari in 1993 to take control. He will lead the team during its most successful period, as it won six Manufacturers' titles, from 1999 to 2004, and five Drivers' titles with Michael Schumacher, from 2000 to 2004.

“Jean Todt has been one of the main protagonists in the history of Ferrari over the last 15 years,” said the brand's President, Luca Di Montezemolo, thanking the Frenchman for “his important contribution to the success of the Scuderia over the past XNUMX years. years ".

From now on, Todt's page at Ferrari is definitively turned, he is therefore the last of the famous "dream team", after Michael Schumacher and Ross Brawn, to leave Scuderia Ferrari.
