BMW-Sauber logically appealed this decision. The goal of the maneuver for BMW-Sauber is to officially side with Renault, Ferrari et Red Bull in that case. BMW-Sauber will therefore be heard by the FIA International Court of Appeal on April 14, as we announced yesterday.
