BMW claim rejected

Unsurprisingly, the FIA rejected BMW-Sauber's claim against Brawn GP, Williams et Toyota. The broadcaster of these three teams has therefore once again been declared compliant.
BMW-Sauber logically appealed this decision. The goal of the maneuver for BMW-Sauber is to officially side with Renault, Classic Ferrari for sale et Red Bull in that case. BMW-Sauber will therefore be heard by the FIA International Court of Appeal on April 14, as we announced yesterday.
