As indicated Car engine and sport, the Sahara Force India team should change its name at the start of the 2018 season with a reveal planned for February 25, at the same time as the car 2018, on the eve of the first winter tests in Barcelona.
The German media specifies that the name “Force Formula One Team” was recently registered in the company register in Great Britain, with Robert Fernley, Deputy Team Principal of the structure founded by Vijay Mallya, as referent. The name “Force One” had was once anticipated, but ultimately not retained.
