The shape of turns 16 and 17 at the Singapore circuit have been significantly changed ahead of the Singapore Grand Prix. Formula 1 (September 14-16). This right-left sequence takes drivers towards a short stretch along the bay, as can be seen in the video below:
As a result of this modification, the total length of the Asian route is shortened by two meters, to reach 5,063 km, which still makes Singapore one of the longest tracks on the calendar.
