On the sidelines of the 2018 French Grand Prix (June 24), contested on the Paul-Ricard track in the Var, the F1 will organize a show in Marseille (Bouches du Rhône), based on the model of the one in London this year.
The exact location remains to be defined, even if a first possibility was mentioned by Jean Roatta, member of the GIP Grand Prix de France and deputy mayor of Marseille.
« The mayor agrees. We have not yet met the organizers of the FOM but we are currently working on the location, which should be located around the Mucem (Museum of European and Mediterranean Civilizations), and on security issues. It must be done, it will be very attractive for the city. » indicates the elected official quoted by La Provence.
