The shareholders of Liberty Media validated during a general meeting held this Monday, January 17 in Englewood (Colorado) the repurchase of the commercial rights of the F1 and renaming the company to “Formula One Group”.
Liberty Media, which began the acquisition of the discipline in September 2016, must still await approval from the FIA which is holding today a World Council in Geneva (Switzerland) in an extraordinary session.
