The new version of the Power Unit Mercedes allows the Silver Arrows as well as the Racing Point client teams and Williams which will have a second engine, a second turbo and a second MGU-H. THE Ferrari will also have their 2nd MGU-H of the season. Red Bull, Renault, McLaren de Lando Norris and Toro Rosso by Daniil Kvyat will have their second energy recovery system.
All of these changes are within the limits set by the regulations for the season and no penalties will be applied.
