Tire choices for the Canadian GP

Pirelli has revealed the tire choices for the Canadian GP held on June 11 at the Gilles Villeneuve circuit in Montreal.

Ultra soft tires are favored by the teams. The pilots Mercedes Lewis Hamilton et Valtteri Bottas will have 8 sets of the softest rubber. The Briton will have one set of soft tires and 4 sets of super soft tires, while the Finn will have two sets of soft compounds and 3 sets of super soft tires.

The pilots Red Bull Max Verstappen et Daniel Ricciardo will have the same choices with 7 sets of ultra soft tires, 5 sets of super soft tires and one set of soft tires. The choices will also be identical at Ferrari with Sebastian Vettel and Kimi Räikkönen who will have at their disposal 9 sets of ultra soft tires, 3 sets of super soft tires and one set of soft tires.
