Lewis Hamilton (McLaren) occupies first place in the provisional classification of the first free practice session of the European Grand Prix, in Valencia. The 2008 World Champion set the best time, in 1:41:339. He is ahead of his teammate, Jenson Button (1:41:383). There is still half an hour of session to complete.
