While Haas F1 Team plans to replace Brembo brake rotors with those from Carbon Industries during the season following problems encountered by Romain Grosjean during winter testing in Barcelona (Spain), Kevin Magnussen indicated that he had no problems with these elements during the tests of the VF17.
“People ask me about brake issues on the car, but I haven't had any issues and I think they work fine, replied the former pilot Renault Sport F1 Team to the Danish newspaper BT. I am quite satisfied with it, even if we are still learning about the car."
