Si Red Bull did not dazzle during pre-season testing, the RB6s performed very well in Bahrain, Sebastian Vettel achieving pole before leading the first two thirds of the race. This is no surprise for Felipe Massa (Ferrari).
« During winter testing, the Red Bull was not the fastest car but I noticed its good pace on the long runs, says Massa. So I was not surprised in Bahrain. Overall, our performances are similar. This is why we have to improve our car in each race. It is a very tight championship where development work is essential. »
