Michael Schumacher had already ??shown??, last summer, that his return to Formula 1 was a fantastic vector to attract fans to the stands of the circuits. While he was preparing his return to F1 with Ferrari Last August, the Spa-Francorchamps circuit saw the sale of entry tickets for the Belgian Grand Prix take off. It is now Albert Park in Melbourne to see the “Schumacher effect”: the Herald Tribune announces ticket sales 20% higher than last year, at the same period. The Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne will not open the season this year, but will take place on the same weekend as in 2009, March 28.
