The Mercedes W10 from Lewis Hamilton et Valtteri Bottas will be the two single-seaters with the most conservative selection for the next Japanese Grand Prix (October 11-13).
The Silver Arrows will be able to count on eight sets of the softest tires (red C3), the lowest total on the grid. Ferrari ou Red Bull will benefit from additional play on this compound, when Renault and Haas F1 Team will opt for potentially more aggressive strategies with 10 sets of soft tires.
