Team Principal Monisha Kaltenborn has left Sauber with immediate effect F1 Team, a few days before the Azerbaijan Grand Prix.
A member of the board since 2001, Monisha Kaltenborn took over as general manager of Sauber Motorsport AG in 2010 before acquiring a third of the stake in the team a year later. Since 2012, the Indian had also taken on the role of Team Principal. Remember that the Sauber Holding AG entity was bought last year by the company Longbow Finance SA.
