A new circuit inaugurated in 2008 could accommodate the F1 In the coming years. After Jersey City, it is the Monticello Motor Club track, near New York, which would be in the running to participate in the world championship. This circuit, 6,6km long, is a club track reserved for private customers. The information, coming from a letter from the circuit director to its members obtained by Autoweek, confirms that Bernie Ecclestone and the FOM are in discussions with this new project. Hermann Tilke, the official architect of several F1 circuits, has already visited the site to evaluate the place.
