The pilot Haas and its counterpart McLaren each received a new internal combustion engine (ICE) in Barcelona. Both men will also use a turbocharger and fresh MGU-H.
Furthermore, a new MGU-K was fitted to the McLaren engine Renault of the Spaniard, while the Haas-Ferrari of the French welcomes a new electronic control.
None of these changes will result in a penalty on the grid because the various annual engine quotas have not been exceeded.
