McLaren successfully started the engine Mercedes which will power its MCL35M this season.
The operation took place on Tuesday at the McLaren Technology Center in Woking (United Kingdom) under the eyes of Zak Brown, CEO of McLaren Racing, and Andreas Seidl, team principal.
After 3 painful seasons with a Honda engine, then 3 years of reconstruction with Renault, McLaren returns to the Mercedes fold which it left at the end of 2014.
