The promoters of the new Austin circuit which will host the F1 in Texas plan to start construction in December. But the newspaper American Statesman revealed that building permits had still not been issued. Road access problems were raised, as were questions about security and congestion at the region?s airport. Future parking and campsites would also be in a flood zone.
« Government members are far from satisfied » indicated the American newspaper. If the 200 million dollar project is still relevant, the first pitfalls are disrupting this future Grand Prix.
