Sebastian Vettel (Red Bull) achieved the best provisional time in the qualifying practice session for the European Grand Prix, in 1:38:015. He is a few thousandths ahead of Mark Webber (Red Bull) and Robert Kubica (Renault).
If times stayed there, Michael Schumacher and Nico Rosberg (Mercedes) would not qualify for Q3, being outside the top 10.
