Terrible disillusionment for Sergio Pérez, Charles Leclerc et Daniel Ricciardo during this Q2. Struggling even with the soft rubber, the three men will not see Q3 of qualifying for the Qatar Grand Prix after having only posted the 11th, 13th and 14th times respectively. They were joined by George Russell (15th) and Lance stroll (12e).
In the Top 10, we find both Alpine with Fernando Alonso 3th and Esteban Ocon 6th just behind Valtteri Bottas. Good performance also for the Alpha Tauri who finished 2nd and 7th respectively with Pierre Gasly in front of his teammate Yuki tsunoda.
On the side of the leaders, Lewis Hamilton once again set the best time while Max Verstappen ranked 4th by just over 3 tenths.
