If Martin Whitmarsh thinks that Red Bull installed a system allowing the ride height of the RB6 to be adapted according to fuel loading, another explanation is possible. The team, while the cars are placed under Parc Fermé regime, could inject gas into the shock absorber cartridges provided for this purpose. This legal intervention would thus make it possible to raise the height of the car in anticipation of the heavy fuel load of the race.
