On the sidelines of the Turkish Grand Prix, the drivers on the grid spoke with members of FOTA, the team association. This meeting aimed to reassure the pilots, worried about the future of the Formula 1. According to Autosport, the drivers Williams and Force India were absent from this meeting. The two teams distinguished themselves by registering, for the first, earlier than the others, and for the second, without payment conditions.
At the end of this meeting, the drivers gave their full support to FOTA.
