The former pilot of Formula 1 Carlos Reutemann is kept in intensive care at Santa Hospital Fe (Argentina). As announced by Doctor Sebastian del Pazo on Friday evening, May 7, the man with 12 Grand Prix successes is in « a state clinically stable, with acceptable hemodynamic parameters and has not experienced repeated episodes of digestive bleeding to date ».
Aged 79, the former representative Ferrari, Brabham, Williams or Lotus in F1 had presented himself to the hospital on his own, last Wednesday May 5. “He remains admitted to the intensive therapy unit to ensure better monitoring,” explains the doctor.
