McLaren Group confirmed this Friday that Ron Dennis, president of McLaren Technology Group and McLaren Automotive, had reached an agreement to sell his shares in the two entities. The former Team Principal of the stable F1 will also step down once the transaction is completed.
Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company and TAG Group will remain the main shareholders of McLaren Group, while Shaikh Mohammed bin Essa Al Khalifa will become executive chairman of the British company. More information to follow.
