Rosberg retains his 5th place

Nico Rosberg, suspected of having driven too quickly under safety car regime, was not penalized and retained his fifth place acquired on the Suzuka track. Rubens Barrichello and Jenson Button therefore remain seventh and eighth and Brawn GP will have to wait to celebrate its constructors' championship title.
