Following the exceeding of Michael Schumacher on Fernando Alonso during the last lap of the Monaco Grand Prix and the resulting penalty, the FIA announces that it will clarify its regulations. The International Automobile Federation will detail the attitude to adopt when the safety car is on track during the last lap of a Grand Prix.
