Carlos Sainz Jr will start from the back of the grid at the Japanese GP at Suzuka. Toro Rosso chose to change the elements of the Spaniard's Power Unit with a sixth MGU-H, a fifth engine and a fifth turbo. In total, the Spaniard will have to move back 20 places.
