The GPDA, the Grand Prix drivers' association, has elected its representatives. Nick Heidfeld is the new president, Felipe Massa and Sebastian Vettel are its directors.
But two drivers did not want to join the GPDA. Adrian Sutil, first, who thinks that the association has no use and who wants to spend his money differently. Indeed, membership costs 1500 euros (1000 euros for a beginner) and each point scored at the World Championship “costs” 50 euros.
As for Michael Schumacher, he did not join the GPDA, thinking he had “ sufficiently worked in the past » for the pilots association. But his colleagues wish to be joined by the Kaiser.
