The young Mexican Sergio Perez, appointed starter this year at Sauber F1, attracted around 200 people Saturday in Guadalajara, his hometown, during a roadshow.
For the event, Sergio Perez was unable to drive his new car on the 1,5 km urban route, but last year's C29. “It was one of the happiest days of my life,” he said. “It was a great, great experience. I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life, with so many people coming to support me.”
Obviously, the interest in F1 for Mexicans continues. When is the next Grand Prix?
