Franz Tost, director of Toro Rosso, popped the champagne on Tuesday morning in the stable premises in Faenza (Italy) and for good reason: the trans teamalpine received the approval of the International Automobile Federation (FIA) after the crash tests of the car built for the 2018 season Formula 1. The first tests of the 2018 car will be held in Barcelona (Spain) on February 26.
