La Formula 1 this Thursday, June 27, formalized a partnership with the Marelli company. This becomes the official supplier of telemetry services for TV broadcast properties. This means, according to the official Liberty Media press release, that the information concerning the race and the competitors will be of better quality for the viewer.
“With a strengthened system, F1 will be able to transfer a significant volume of live information from the cars, to improve the viewer experience, with greater detail,” says Ross Brawn, Managing Director of F1.
