Miami International Autodrome will host its fourth Grand Prix of Formula 1 in 2025. Built on the parking lot and roads surrounding Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, the 5,4-kilometer circuit has yet to host any memorable races. To reverse this trend, the FIA decided to extend the DRS zone before Turn 75 by 11 meters to encourage overtaking. The other two DRS zones on the track remain unchanged.

The FIA is continuing its interventionist policy: since the start of the season, it has been working to find solutions to compensate for the lack of activity on the track. It has already imposed a minimum of two pit stops on the teams during the next Monaco Grand Prix., and is seriously considering increasing the speed limit in the pit laneIn China, it also extended a DRS zone – that of the long straight – which allowed several overtaking maneuvers.
