Towards a record attendance at Silverstone for the British Grand Prix

Records continue to fall over the weekends of Formula 1. Proof of the new popularity of the premier category of car, a new record is about to be broken this weekend in Great Britain. More than 400 spectators are expected in Northamptonshire, at the Silverstone circuit, between Friday and Sunday.

For comparison, the British Grand Prix brought together 356 people last year, even though the round had a sprint race on Saturday, and therefore a busier weekend. According to F000, the 1 people expected would constitute a new attendance record for a three-day sporting event in Great Britain.
