Funny scene with Nicholas latifi during Free Practice 2, at Suzuka. At the very start of the session, the Canadian treated us to a little cult moment as he knows how to produce them so well. In the last chicane of the Japanese track, the driver Williams simply took the wrong route! In the rain, the Williams driver took the first junction, which led straight towards… a safety rail. The real chicane was just a few meters further on.

Nicholas Latifi then had to work to turn around on the wet Suzuka track. Moment of inattention or problem concentrating? On the radio, the Canadian seemed taken aback by his maneuver. “I'm not sure what happened. The car was strange…but I’m fine. » A funny little mishap but which did not disturb him too much: Nicholas Latifi finished Free Practice 2 in 12th place just ahead of his teammate Alexander albon.
